Nonablative repairs without damaging the epidermis. This therapy is becoming more popular and has been called the "lunch" form of acne laser therapy.
Surgical therapy
Deep acne scars can be treated with rolling subcision. This process works by separating the skin tissue scar tissue, allowing blood under the pool. This allows deep scars rolling to level with the rest of the skin. This can be monitored with other rejuvenation treatments such as peels, microdermabrasion or chemical.
